Lower Body Drop Sets Strength Flow

Bringing you a dropset-style leg session that’s simple in structure but definitely not simple in how it feels. Each exercise moves from heavy to moderate to bodyweight, giving you a strong mix of power, control, and endurance. I wanted to design something that feels approachable for all levels but still spicy enough to challenge you if you’re going heavier. 

What I love about this format is how smooth the flow is. You don’t have to think too hard about what’s coming next, the pattern stays the same while the exercises change. That predictable rhythm lets you really settle into the work and focus on clean reps and getting the most out of every set.
