I just completed both of Erica's Barre challenges. I really liked them! I was sore in new places but it was never a sore that made me feel like stopping. Every day was new, interesting, and went by quickly. I felt overall the most improvement in my posture, standing up straighter, no more neck slouch, probably because of all the butt tucks I did. I also definitely gained definition in my arms and legs. Onto fb strong round 2!
