You know what a lot of you surprised me with yesterday? Your country/region's ability to handle snow! I expect there to be difficulty with it here in New Mexico, or in Oklahoma, where Karen lives. But Germany? The Netherlands? I felt like when I do a workout and I haven't read the write-up: caught off guard!
That's a nice segue into workouts for today. What will you be doing? I'm thinking another walking workout. Maybe a moderate total body strength. We'll see what I'm in the mood for once the coffee is finished.
What about dinner? We're having pizza! It's my last meal before a two-friggin' day fast for the colon! Colon! Colonoscopy! And I'm gonna enjoy it! What will you be enjoying tonight?
Okay folks, that's enough outta me. We've got Lea as our weekend ghost to look forward to! And thanks for putting up with all of my colonoscopy woes. You've really gone above and beyond the duties of BlendFriends. There should be an FB Achievement for that!
