Daily Check-in ANG: Thursday, May 22nd

Hey woopsies,

Pooh, I'm late again with my check-in! Usually I've got it written by 10am but this morning I got an unexpected phone call from Shauna and if that happens we lose track of time and before you know it two hours have passed. But I'm here now so let's dive in.

Let's talk ghosting first. It looks like we've got a little problem here as Becca is next on the ghosting list but I've been shouting out for her and getting no answer. So it seems like she won't be here for it. We've got two solutions: a) one of you ladies take her weekend or b) I simply continue and add on this weekend. Whatever is fine by me, so please have a think about and let me know please. Also, as you can see we've got some weekends open so if you would like to ghost just let Coby or me know. A huge thank you in advance!!

Darn, this check-in won't be short it seems! Okay, next on the list is workouts. Are you or aren't you? I have and oh flipping flippers it was a doozy! I'm telling you Patrice is seriously driving it up now, she was really trying to kill us with that upper body! That last 5 min AMRAP was some serious face pulling and inventive swear words. I'm already afraid for tomorrow's LB!😱

I always work out on an empty stomach but I've never been happier to have my breakfast afterwards, I was super hungry. And speaking about hungry, what's for dinner ladies? Again no idea here, maybe some spare ribs? Hmm...🤔

Okido, this thing is long enough, I'm off to grab lunch and keep myself busy for the rest of the day.
