Happy Humpday! I nearly forgot to write my check-in, can you imagine that??!! After my workout and breakfast I started to do some cleaning and got so caught up in it, checking in totally slipped my mind.
Although I don't really need to worry about it because most of you are still snoring away anyways.😜
Right, let's jump in! Workouts, how about those. What's on your calendars for today, strength, cardio, pilates, walking, rest... take your pick. For me it was core and cardio for whatever day in P's S&S. Two block of core, one weighted standing, the other on the floor with a pinch of cardio in between which got the heart rate up nicely.
