Good Tuesday morning!

I have come to accept that I will not see any sunshine during my week off. Hope you get to enjoy better weather than we’re having here. I’ll make the most of it by doing some chores and small projects around the house, watching series and movies that David is not interested in, using my walking pad instead of walking outside, reading and just resting. Have to make the best of the bad weather. And I have to find the energy and motivation to continue the Transform challenge.

I’ll attempt to make homemade pizza dough again today. Last time was a disaster, the dough tasting too yeasty and being too difficult to work with. I realize that only with practice will I improve. I also want to try making cinnamon rolls for the first time later this week. I haven’t baked in a while, it’s a good activity to do on grey and rainy days.

If the rain can hold off, I’d like to try my hand at mowing part of our side yard today. David tested our lawnmower yesterday for the first time and he said it was easy to work with. He wanted to mow a larger area but rain started up again. He’ll have a super busy week at work, so I want to do as much as I can around the house.
