Just thinking out loud here. In my life I have utilised working out to get me through the hard times in life and recently have had some potentially worrying news about my beloved furry doggy friend and workout buddy for the past 11 years. I won't find out until later this week though. The thing is she was my Mums dog, and I lost my Mum to cancer in 2019 and following this loss I adopted her so she's very special to me. I'm finding it hard to get myself moving even though I know I will feel better afterwards. I would love to hear how others move through this and any tips or advice on what works for you? I know there are many of you who will relate 💕
