I just finished FB30 Round 4 for the second time. The last time I did it was over four years ago. I am proud to say I am able to lift 2.5 to 5 lbs/hand heavier than before. My cardio endurance has improved also, although my 60-year old knees and hips don't enjoy the jumping as much.
I am happy I keep detailed notes on my workouts; I was able to compare my feelings about workouts as well as the weights I lifted. It's fun to see that I feel pretty much the same about "fun" and "brutal" workouts (even those I did over 10 years ago!)
I enjoyed having consistent Kelli & Daniel workouts for a month and going back to the older style videos.
It is great to see how far FB has come and I am fortunate to have been part of it for a very long time.
I look forward to starting FB30 Round 5 on Monday and working out with all the trainers.
