I've just waved my hubs goodbye, he's gone off for another day of fishing. For real this time so I've got the house to myself. At least for a few hours because this afternoon I'll be over at Marie's for my weekly visit.

Okay, that's out of the way, on to workouts. What have you/are you/will you be doing/done? IF you're doing anything at all, you might feel the need for a rest day and that is totally fine too.
I did the Amanda workout Kristina did last Monday, some no repeat LI cardio and core that gave a nice sweat even though I moved pretty slow. Gotta make sure I keep it on the down low!😜
And what about food ladies? How are the ideas flowing there? We've having grilled spare ribs and I think I'll make some broccoli with that. Dessert might be vanilla or banana pudding.
