New Workout! Deep Core Foundations

Hey Blenders!

In today’s release, we're going to be working on our deep core strength and stability together.

Deep Core Foundations

This workout is excellent for any exerciser who is looking to improve their total core function, pelvic floor health, and/or add stability during everyday life and strength movements. We’re honing in on the foundations of breathwork, strength, and mobility.

What I’ve found to be true is that most people aren’t taught the foundations of an optimal core. And to be fully transparent, I didn’t learn them until I became pregnant with my first child (I’m now a mom of 3). Keep in mind, just because this work is strongly suggested in pregnancy and beyond, doesn’t mean it’s not important for ALL bodies. If you have strength, balance, running goals or something else, you will benefit from learning these.

This is for ALL levels and can easily be tailored to pregnancy and postpartum with the modifications provided in the writeup.
