FB FIT 2 day 16 complete!

Hello FB Fam!

Hope you all have a great start of the year. Im checking back with FB FIT 2, just did day 16. Today was 45 minutes of cardio workouts (extra video included) + ca 15 min of yoga cooldown, which felt amazing! I havent been working out regularly during the holidays but oh well, getting back to it now that its almost back to normal life now. Theres a national wide holiday tomorrow and thats perfect for my first 1000 cal workout in this programme. Feeling excited!

edit: I mistakingly thought tomorrow is a 1000 cal workout day but its not lol, its at the end of this week. :D
