Program Suggestions

Hello all! Long time FB user, but first time forum poster 😆

I’ve posted this on IG, but thought to mention it here since comments get buried quickly over there. If possible could FB make:

- a two/four week all around dancer focused program (like core work, strength training, mobility, balance, agility, etc)

- a unilateral training program or 5/10 day challenge

- balance training two or four week program

I know we can search/filter to make our own programs, but I trust everyone at FB more in the creation of programs that work since all their programs and trainers are awesome 😎
