HKS (Healthy, Kind Support) Accountability Group January 4th
Good Saturday morning! It’s a cold one here at -16°C/3°F with the windchill factor. Wish we could just stay inside under a warm blanket all day, but we have lots to do.
I am trying to not let all of the boxes and clutter everywhere affect me too much. I figure that as long as the kitchen is clean and clear to cook and eat, that the bathroom is clean and that our bed is made each day, I won’t die, so I can live with the clutter for a few more days.
We’ll take a few boxes to the house this morning and David will continue painting, while I go get more packing material to continue packing dishes in the kitchen. I also have to watch videos on how to re-paint one side of our fridge. The white paint was damaged over time and it will be the side that we see right when we come into the kitchen, so I want to fix that before our move.
I also hope to finish the 3-Day challenge today, a core workout from Daniel. I’m not a fan of the format of having 8 exercises and repeating the set 3 times, but I will give it my best. And a walk after supper with David will be most welcomed.
What are your plans for today and the weekend? Are you getting back to “normal” life after some time off and/or indulging during the holidays?
