I've turned 47 recently and I'm committed to improving my eating habits, working out, and losing weight. I had some health issues earlier this year (I've healed) that made me realize I have to prioritize my health and well being.
But something has changed in the last few years; I don't enjoy HIIT or any high-impact cardio anymore. I used to love it! I don't know what happened. Some days, I only want to do walking workouts and pilates when I am not doing strength training. A friend who is a dietitian said it could be related to perimenopause.
What types of FB workouts do you like and do you feel support weight loss (along with healthy eating)? I'd love some recommendations.
