FB Kickstart Week 1, Day 1: New Workout and 30-Day Program--Kickstart Your Year of Training with Fitness Blender!
Good morning FB Family!
We’ve got a treat for you today - a new FREE workout kicking off the start of our newest 30-day program, [FB Kickstart]! Today’s workout release is a half strength/half cardio blend of lower body training and HIIT (high intensity interval training):
We start the workout with a lower body strength segment containing straightforward exercises that allow you to moderate the intensity of the routine with your weight selections. The second half of the workout contains similarly simple moves (but not necessarily easy!) to challenge your heart rate and complement the lifting from the first half of the session. As is one of the benefits of the 30-day program, you get to maximize your time in-training by focusing on two training modalities in one workout session!
During this first week of training for the program, workouts evenly divide their time between strength and cardio, either with an even split between the first and second half of the workout or with equally timed alternating segments. All workouts are around 30 minutes, and you’ll be seeing Brian, Erica, Nicole, and Patrice on the screen!

We start the workout with a lower body strength segment containing straightforward exercises that allow you to moderate the intensity of the routine with your weight selections. The second half of the workout contains similarly simple moves (but not necessarily easy!) to challenge your heart rate and complement the lifting from the first half of the session.
