Back in the Day... LOL

Hi guys, what's up?

Yesterday I did 10 mins upper body and 10 mins lower body strength training each and in the end for a nice little suprise I added FB's first workout ever which was awesome! I was sweating buckets after it but I added it to my favorites and decided it was totally worth it.

I'm actually doing FB Bodyweight but instead of doing the workouts fb suggests I do my favorite workouts like I did yesterday.

Today I went digging and found a 'When I Saw Jump' hiit workout which was kelli's revenge LOL, and 30 seconds in I was like, 'Yeah, nah.' and I'm gonna move on to a pilates workout.

The first time I saw the when I saw jump workout, I was laughing along with kelli and seeing daniel jumping through the whole workout ( I was watching not doing it) and thought, 'hey this isn't too hard' but now I've changed my mind.
